Bula Fiji! (Hello Fiji!)

I loved Fiji, absolutely loved it! I would have no reservations to fly back there immediately to finish up the Yasawa Islands. Fiji has been so amazing, the scenery is breathtaking and I finally accomplished what I've been harbouring for the longest time-diving! It's perfect, the weather was great, it's the best time to go in the year, and also the soft coral capital of the world. Everyday I wake up, marvelling at the creations of the Lord. Diving was scary yet exhilarating at the same time, and I saw lots of marine life-many of which I cannot name. There were a few black-tipped reef sharks, blue spotted eagle ray, blue starfish, parrot fish, octopus, lion fish, and so much more. Even snorkelling 5m away from the shore was enough to take in the beauty and diversity of the marine life! Backpacking alone was a great experience, I have no qualms of doing it again! Have made many interesting friends and people along the way, and it was never lonely. Learnt so much from the experiences of the other travellers, and even had a good time of fellowship with a Fijian sister-God is good, all the time. The swaying of the coconut trees, the shades of blue of the Pacific, the pink tinges of sunrise to the fierce orange of the sunset...I'll never forget this trip of a lifetime. I'm go glad I learnt to dive in the Pacific, thank you God! :)
