Coppelia @ Sydney Opera House

Caught a ballet performance with the girls yesterday night. It was a Monday night and we had to rush from school but it was all in the name of good fun! Having Mackers under the stars with the million dollar view (we were right in front of the harbour bridge and opera house under the starry, starry night), rushing for ice-cream (I had boysenberry and Rocher) then rushing for the performance. And the ballet performance was outstanding. I loved the costumes, the dance. And the main character is absolutely gorgeous! Haven't been to a ballet performance before but I must say it was great:) Ahhhh, another something to miss about Sydney!

Had a wonderful day in school too, am learning so much from the speech path module. Reading is more important than being literate, in the first few stages anyway. Sooo, pls read to your kids, make your kids read, show them that it's important for them to read if you ever have kids in the not-so-distant future. *grinz*
