Taking flight

It is amazing how one can start packing very early, and still end up frantically trying to pack somemore with only a few days left to fly. My dad finds it weird tt i'm bringing so much barang over. I have a suitcase (not v big ok) of clothes, 3 other bags of winter stuff and misc. I had no idea I had so much STUFF at home till I started to pack. I've cleared quite a bit in my wardrobe-by selling online! ahahah. I am serious to want to clear 90% (well so i can buy some new stuff. hehe)

Am flying offf...TMR! not getting any nervous pangs. Am feeling pretty excited abt the yr ahead, though I really will miss Spore. My family, my dear friends, and all the glorious food. Have been eating a lot wo much apprehension these few weeks, all my fav stuff. Still gonna eat more in aussie, so i sincerely hope that I do not come bk with a bigger, but-not-necessarily-better, figure! I hope tt the asian supermarket will be reasonably priced.

There's an uncertainty of an adventure tt will unfold, but there's a certainty that God is in control:) I feel tt in this one yr, i'll be learning and taking back experiences that I nvr could have imagined. I do wonder what's in store! :D

Yesterday, Isaac came over to my house. Btw, this lil baby is now...coming to 5 this yr! I gave him a pencil, a fish stuck right on top, with a helicopter thingy (the fan thingy) on top of the fish. Well before he left he asked me,

"jiejie, is this a bumblebee?"

"hmmm, i think it's a fish."

"then why does it have wings on its head?"

"ummm...i don't know!"

Why do children ask questions that are so difficult to answer? haha. His parents were there and i felt pretty self-conscious. Anw, I think if I were to have the conversation again, it'll prolly go like this:

"then why does it have wings on its head?"

"why do birds have wings?"

"to fly"

"so then this is a special fish that wants to fly out from the sea and up into the sky!"

ok i'm being really silly, but this conversation has left me pretty much amused:) okkkkkkk, time to pack and double-pack!
