Avocado goodness!


It's sth that I fell in love with recently. Avocado! It's not a common fruit that most of us would buy in the local supermarkets, or shout for joy when eating one. Cos well, how the heck do you eat an avocado? I like to split it into 2 halves using a knife, get rid of the seed, pour out some brown sugar onto it, and just spoon it up. Mmmm. There is another most yummylicious to enjoy this green buttery goodness though.

Avocado shake! This is best enjoyed on a hot, lazy afternoon. Nothing else gets better than this. Oh, yums:)

And here's a recipe!

You'll need:

-1 avocado
-3 tsp of condensed milk
-3 tsp of sugar (i like mine using brown sugar)
-a cup of crushed ice


*You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste*
Just throw all of them into the blender, and yeaaaa, it's done! I guarantee you'll love it:) Lots of vitamins as well.
