Roar of the Pacific

I cried when I saw the ocean again.

It could be the changing shades of blue, from the lightest of blue to turquoise to navy
It could be the changing temperament, the calmness of the ocean to the roaring of waves crashing against the shore
It could be the tinges of pink and purple and orange of the sky reflected in its waters
It could be the silouette of cliffs against the setting sun, dipping low in the horizon

It could be so much.

There's just something about the ocean that strikes a chord in my heart. Perhaps it brings bk fond childhood memories of playing and swimming in them. Or perhaps it is the timeless beauty that is reflected in its waters.
I stand in awe of you, o Lord
