Falafel

This was done in one hr, together with my mum! In case you don't know, chickpeas are actually what's locally termed kacang puteh. Ahhh. Falafel is a middle Eastern dish. It's normally eaten with tahini (sesame paste), hummus, in a pita bread, or just a side dish by itself. Had fun making this-really did not taste Chinese at all! It's not bad! :)

Was nice meeting up some old frens ytd, i think Breeks has not bad food, albeit prices were lil steep after adding taxes ("$$£%^%&*&(*)*%.Hehe.) Everyone's taking different routes in life, and it feels like it wasn't too long ago that we were walking on the same track. It's kinda nostalgic, thinking abt the old days (were they seriously tt long ago? yessss. A gd 6 yrs!). Okies, gtg!
