Mum's day!! <3

2 days ago, I bought a non-stick frying pan from Ikea-at $3.90!! (Ok, i do understand tt a lot of pple can't share this joy with me, heh) Anyway, been planning this for some time, and have decided tt for mum's day this yr, I shall cook up a feast for mumsie! :) Was thinking abt what to cook for lunch and finally decided on Mexican Tortillas and honey chicken kabobs. Yes I made it myself! Mum helped in some preps, but I did it k! haha. And for dinner, I made Maple Salmon. Really easy, came out real nice! Will cut bk on maple nx time. I think it was a good first try today. I had fun! Cooking is both a science and an art-what makes it fun is tt you can actually eat your end product. Majorly cool. I love ya mums!! :) And i found chickpeas today-it's one of the things tt you find a lot in Middle Eastern meals such as hummus. I'll be attempting to make Falafel (an Egyptian side dish) this coming weekend. Stay tuned!
