Grow your own flowers!
Have been really really busy since sch started-what with the conference & stuff. Have not really had time to sit down proper to study, things are starting to pile up i feel. But it's ok! I'm glad that this conference thing has finally reached a point where i can sort of call it "the beginning of the closure". Ah-relax a bit. A bit only, there's still stuff to do! I pretty much like what i'm studying now-it's interesting and it's like science mixed with some arty-farty stuff. yay! It'll be a tough yr and even tougher nx yr..but come what may! Pray tt i'll be refreshed everyday too=) Contacts r getting loads better. My optician said my cornea's healthy..still a bit apprehensive abt wearing to sch yet. hehe. yay! Tues's coming. Team meeting!
And...
I am so so encouraged just now by a friend. Her brother received Christ today! I feel a bubbling sense of joy within me-God is just so faithful to prayers! How can you explain this sort of joy of receiving Christ to someone who has yet to believe? And yet when they do, and you see that overflowing happiness in them...you just feel so happy! Because they have found that joy and peace that is only in Christ. And that they finally understand how you feel=)
Then Jesus told them this parable: 4"Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 5And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.' 7I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
Luke 15:3-7
Dear friends,
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8
What's stopping you from knowing God today? =)
