Amazing Thailand!

Went there for abt 4 days during this period of hols! Come to think of it..my nx big break will only come..nx yr. And it's a gd time to relax too since clinicals haven't started. so..yay! off we go!

1st day

day2

gonna take a boat ride to crystal island. The crystals really gets washed up ashore. i picked a whole bag! haha=) us in lifejackets. Lake is 1.5 times of s'pore.

now we've reached-crystal island

Traditional cloth weaving. 100 yards in 1 mths. Phew! tough work.

day3

On paddleboat into the limestone caves. Have to pass thru the mangrove 1st! yay!

Stalactities n stalagmites, takes millions of yrs for em to grow an inch. so-hands off!

At the hotspring-took pics w the local women=) spring's not clear cos it rained b4 tt..boo!

The nicest hotel we stayed! Krabi La Platya. It's really v beautiful,with wooden deck chairs n mosaic tiled pool=)

Depart for 4 island tour from Ao Nang beach! at least i think it's ao nang. hmmm.

The weather's great! We took the long-tailed boat

Turquoise blue waters w the perfect backdrop-the milky blue sky stretched for miles. Seen here are limestone islands jutting out randomly from the clear waters. Am on the boat!

The 1st island- where we visit the Phranang cave. I prefer the Lay cave bk in Trang! Water;s not tt nice cos it rained!! but rain comes n goes quickly here=) so it's sunshiny the nx.Gd!

Me n mum.But this ain't the best island. uh-uh. I bought the sundress in krabi! haha

Tropical fishes in the sea! This is really clear-we're at chicken island! Yellow w blue stripes n pink fishies

I look most idiotic here-but who the heck cares! I'm in my snorkelling gear n it;s reeeaaallllyyy vvvvvvvvvvvvvvv FUN! Gosh-it's fantastic! Fishies all arnd me,as well as sea urchins! Yikes. But w my lifejacket on, it's impossible to step on any of those. Depth-abt 2 plus metres=)
