Malaysia

Went for a day tour w mum in Malaysia.Was great fun! woke up at like 5 plus but it's easy to get out of bed knowing you'll have fun! the coach i took was filled w aunties n their children n grandchildren. Lotta em were communicating in hokkien, which i am abso deaf+dumb too. (eh. don't try to scold me hokkien,the bad words i know k! haha) anw, i know my frens will laugh knowing i went to a seemingly tut tour...but it's fun! Plant was laughing at my impracticality (my choice of souvenirs which she cackled at, sadly) Don't laugh--! but i bought a half cracked ostrich egg n a feather duster-made of ostrich feathers!! so cool rit! (hey. i can totally imagine u having the look on ur face guys! don't think i dunno) =p

And a fruit farm. Gosh-dragonfruit plants are like totally-wow! nvr seen em before yea. The guide gave me a passionfruit,which i took home. Perhaps i'll wait for it to ripen more before i sink my teeth into juiceful bliss. I bought loads of tidbits like dried mango, crispy fish (i like!!), chewing gums (a lil only la. Really. wish i'd bought bubble ones though. can blow!), cuttlefish and i can't rem. NOT gd. I'd prob be a waist 30 b4 end of hols. Oh man-king! u need to exercise (n wes ah. dun suan me alr la! i can always hide my fats in loose shirts ya!ha!)

And fireflies!! =) God's creations are so beautiful! =) Ok. At first i kinda thought they'd glow a neon green colour, as big as caterpillars n they'll plaster themselves all over trees. Anw, the image i conjured up din do the real thing justice at all. i mean-duh!! haha..it was a lovely boat ride out to the muddy river cum swamp what with the cool night air n all.ahhh. nice! i must have been lacking on vit A cos i was so blind (at first. stuff ur sniggering first) .Thank goodness this lil girl sat in fronta me n she was pointing out the fireflies n i was like-where? where? well,i took some time to adjust my eyes to the darkness n yup! can see....!! oh, so exciting! So beautiful- they were like little stars tt got rained on the trees, and they were flickering on n off. Twice, a firefly flew real close, tried to catch it but it flew away-still flickering=)

So so tired n aching after a day's trip. But real fun too!
